**ALL STAR & OTHER EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2012 TAX YEAR WERE DUE BY MARCH 1, 2012 **
As of May 1st, the 2012 Tentative Roll was completed and filed with the Town Clerk.
As of July 1st, the 2011 Final Assessment Roll was completed and filed with the Town Clerk.
All small claims review and tax certiorari proceedings must be filed no later than July 30th.
Applications for STAR exemptions are now being accepted for the 2013 Tax Year and are due by March 1, 2013.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Town of Catskill Assessor office staff is out in the field taking photos of real property throughout the Town. This effort is undertaken to maintain files and record keeping. The staff has begun taking pictures within the Village of Catskill and will continue to take pictures of properties inside and outside of the Village. This is an ongoing process.
The Assessor's office will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following days:
Monday, May 7, 2012 between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.
Saturday, May 12, 2012 between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Monday, May 14, 2012 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Wednesday, May 16, 2012 between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

**All businesses operating in the Town or Village of Catskill must file an Income and Expense Statement in the Assessor's Office every year (no later than the first day of February) in accordance with Local Law #1 of 1998 as passed by Resolution #5-98 Filing Requirements for Income Producing Properties.
